With a try/buy solution, we find you qualified candidates based on your staffing criteria and you get to use them as consultants before you hire them, to ensure they are the perfect fit.  
You can hire them at any time but the finders fee declines month-over-month until the sixth month when there is no longer any fee to hire them.

BUY:     If moving to FTE, reduced cost with benefits, FTE salary is $7,083 per month ($85,000/Yr).
INITIAL HIRING FEE:  25% of $110,000 first year salary or $27,500.
